2 furnished rooms are availablefrom now in our big house nicknamed "La casa de papel" (*thought during a joke among housemates, after the tv series .. and no will not be made of thieves 😂).
The first bedroom is greater than 30m2 at 450€ all charges included. The other room with an area greater than 20m square in mezzanine style and is 340 € all charges included per month. Charges include (water, internet, electricity, cleaning lady) The casa is composed of a shower, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, an entrance hall where the bicycles are stored , a large terrace equipped with a barbecue (useful for aperitifs and bbq on sunny days) and a spacious cellar.
