Hello everyone,  
A new house-share has just risen in Tilff. I'm Seb, I've always appreciated community life. I like crafts, cycling, board games and many other things... I have just acquired this house which is pleasantly set back from the road. It has a large terrace with a garden, a vegetable patch and an orchard where chickens and geese frolic under the watchful eye of Ciseau, the young border collie. The access to the house is via a path. Be careful, it's quite steep here! Below, there is a parking area for a maximum of 2 cars and a large garage for bicycles.  
The house includes:  
- 1 large bright living room under veranda  
- 1 fully equipped kitchen  
- 1 cellar  
- 1 utility room with washing machine and dryer  
- 1 living room  
- 1 bathroom  
- 2 toilets  
- Bedroom 1, on the 1st floor is 15m2 for a rent of 375€ + 75€ of charges.  
- Bedroom 2, on the 1st floor is 10m2 for a rent of 330€ + 75€ of charges.  
- Bedroom 3 (attic), on the 2nd floor is 12. 5m2 for a rent of 345€ + 75€ of charges.  
To encourage energy saving, energy costs are calculated at the end of the year. If you paid too much charge, you will be refunded. Otherwise, you will have to pay the difference.  
Regarding energy precisely, the house is supplied with water and electricity (no gas or oil). It has photovoltaic panels, an efficient heat pump system and a reserve of rainwater to supply the toilets and outdoor areas.  
The lease is established for a period of 12 months but it is also possible for a shorter period.
