The studio is for rent completely decorated , furnished and fully equiped for an extra price of 120 euro/month. Fully equiped , means fully equiped. A 50 inch led tv , a boxspring 2 persons, ergonomical Hag chair are just a few extras of the complete equipment.

Social.
Of course you can experiment in your own kitchen.
But if you prefer to have dinner with your colleague students or just have a drink or talk, the common room/kitchen are at your disposal.

Transport
As we told already earlier, the metro is at 250 meter, but if you prefer to move around by bicycle, no problem. After your excursion you can put your bicyle in the garage an a few seconds later you are in your studio.

Safety.
The building is secured by two doors, Each of the doors is secured by a badgesystem.
The garage for the bikes is seperately.
A video system is available for your visitors.
