Ideally localized in a very hype hood of Ixelles, the house is fully equipped with all you will need: WIFI, furnished kitchen, bathroom, etc.

The rent (+ charges) includes YOUR PRIVATE ROOM and:
- Access and use of all common areas, shared with cohabitants of the 2 rooms (living room, tv, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, laundry).
- Access to unlimited WIFI, energies (water, gas, electricity), reasonable use of laundry machine and a regular cleaning of the house by a cleaning lady (organize by the landlady).
Bedding and towels available on request.

THE GARDEN ROOM (3rd floor) + common areas: charming, big, luminous, comfortable and door lock. Its plus: the calm of the back house, wooden table desk. Price: 390€ +100€ (charges).

This house is particularly appropriate for people working during the day or for students, looking for a cosy and quiet environment, in a lively neighborhood. The space offers the possibility for organizing great friends diners... and outside of the house, the neighborhood is full of great places to party! The house is a non smoking area.
And the neighbors are super nice!

LIFE WITH THE CAT:
To share the house with Tala, the most adorable cat ever, is an extra asset and pleasure: to live here means to live with her, with all that includes (feed her, take care of her, cuddle, litter, etc., including, if you want, welcome her in your private space... she loves to stick to someone!). Tala is an indoor cat. To live with her, it's making sure she doesn't escape, by taking good habits with doors and windows.
All expenses for the cat are covered by me.

ideal situation to enjoy the hood life and enjoy Brussels: at the heart of a lively area, all needs accessible by foot, and very quiet in the rooms. Proximity shops including grocery stores, butcher, bakery, supermarkets, bio shops, loads of bars and restaurants, commercial galleries, cinemas, bookstores, post office, etc. (5 min. walking).
Only 15-20 min walking distance from Grand Place and downtown, 10 min walking distance from European Institutions, Sablon, principal Museums... Deserved by multiple public transports: metro (Porte de Namur, Trône...), bus, shared cars and bikes, train Gare du Luxembourg. At 10 min (by transport) from Gare du Midi and Gare d'Etterbeek. Easy access to ULB, VUB and others institutions.

a few words about your HOST:
Psychologist (mostly with teens and families), 46 years old (and young spirit!), starting a Sabbatical 2018-2019. I'll be happy to welcome you properly, facilitate your stay, share good addresses (including healthcare...) and share the house with you, as discretely as possible, when I'll be in Brussels. Honestly? I have no idea how much time I'll be home or abroad. The house is thus fully ours, and in the same time, fully yours, to enjoy and to take care of it as if it was your own little nest.
