I am renting a room situated on the back side of the house, hence super quiet and perfect for a student who wishes to focus on her studies. Room is fully furnished with a brand-new wardrobe as well as a new bed & mattress.
We will be sharing the living-room with an open kitchen, the hall, a separate toilet and a bathroom that includes two separate sinks and a bath/shower, as well as a cute little garden which gives us grapes every summer!
Atmosphere is studious, easy-going, relaxed, peaceful and quiet.
Langages spoken : english, french and hindi.
I would like to keep the appartment non-smoking, and I should mention that there is no possibility of “domiciliation”.
The rent is 550 Euros/month.
