Hi all!

I'm looking for a new flatmate in my apartment in the city centre as my current flatmate is very sadly leaving Brussels. You would be living just with me, a 27-year-old working in the humanitarian sector.

The 110m2 apartment is located about 300 metres from Grand Place. There is a very large living room with lots of light and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The room that is free is around 15m2 and is available immediately. The room is unfurnished.

Rent is €520 a month + €125 for all utilities and internet. Our contract runs until November 2024.

I would ideally like to find someone who will stay for at least a year, but I will consider a shorter period as well.

It's important to note that the apartment is located two floors above a bar and you can occasionally hear the music from downstairs in the apartment, although I personally find the noise to be quite manageable.
