Hello! I am looking for a girl to do collocation with in this two-bedroom apartment.
I am 22 years old and study sociology at the VUB. I’m Ecuadorean and speak Spanish, Dutch and English. I’m not a very picky person, the only things I expect of a roommate is that they’re respectful and friendly.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Auderghem, 20-30 minutes from the VUB by public transport. It’s 20 minutes walking from the Zoniënwoud, it’s well connected to other areas of Brussels with the bus 34, tram 8 and metro 5.

The minimum lease is 1 year but if you can leave earlier if you find a replacement for the rest of the year.

A dishwasher and washing machine are available.
The room itself is +-17m2 and can be unfurnished or furnished (I am a student though so if it needs to be furnished it might take a little bit until I get stuff ready). The kitchen, bathroom and living room will only be shared with me. I don’t mind people visiting or staying over.
