You would be sharing an aparment with Clara. I’m a respectful, friendly, clean and tidy girl. The room would be entirely for your use, and you would be sharing bathroom, living room and kitchen with me. The room is completly furnished. The matress belongs to the previous tenant (bought in august 2023) and she would want to sell it for 100€, but price and agreement can always be made!

The apartment we would be living in is a two bedroom apartment in the ground floor. We have a garden for our private use with a barbaque for summer. The rest of spaces, like living room and kitchen, have large windows with beautiful lightning. The whole house is furnished and equiped with all the essentials.
