Good morning. My daughter is going abroad on Erasmus from September 2024 to January 2025 included, she is therefore looking to sublet her room (No. 1 on plan) in a 2-persons apartment of +- 110 m2 for a period of 5 months . It is therefore a temporary roommate with another 23-year-old student.
The apartment is located in the city center of Liège on Boulevard Frère Orban (9th floor - superb view of the Meuse river and Boulevard Piercot) and has 2 private bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, an entrance hall, a storage room, a toilet , a shared bathroom and a large living room of 38 m2. A private and secured cellar is also available in the basement. The available room is room 1 on the map (the one with a view of the Meuse and Bld Piercot).
Charges include: WIFI, Water, Electricity and a provision for heating.
Heating costs will be regularized at the end of the rental based on an individual meter in bedroom 1.
