I'm vacating my room in a house located next to the commune of Uccle (5 min walk from the Héros tram stop). The house has 5 bedrooms, the one I'm vacating is 16 square meters, and on the 2nd floor. It shares a bathroom (shower + toilet) with the other bedroom on the landing, but there is also a bathroom with bathtub on the lower floor. Communal areas include a kitchen, a garden with terrace and a large living room.
It is possible to donate furniture already in the room, including a desk, a desk chair, a single pallet bed, a single mattress and a fabric closet.
The flat is available from July 1 (possibility of arranging to have it sooner without charge). The landlady is ending the lease at the beginning of September. The room is therefore only available for July and August, with an inventory of fixtures at the end.
