Flagey is located 70 avenue de la couronne, 1050 Ixelles. It’s a big house of 10 rooms with shared kitchen but everyone has a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, dish ware and cooking set. In the common areas, you will find a tv room, a table-football room, a gym and a laundry room. There is also a beautiful garden and the house is located near Etterbeek train station and Flagey hub. There is a stay tax 1. 21€/day.

Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :
