The bathroom and the kitchen are to share with two other students. A common area converted into a small sitting room completes the accommodation. There is a private staircase for accessing the second floor where are the rooms. In view of the superficy of the room and many other advantages, the monthly rent is still moderate. Internet and teledistribution are free and all charges are included. Erasmus are welcome. 5 month contract is possible.

In the event of force majeure, due to Covid 19 in particular, the student may request the termination of the contract without termination indemnity.
