Hi everybody!

I will leave my room at the beginning of June in an apartment where I am living with three other students at La Roue (Anderlecht).
The apartment has been renovated in august 2016, it is 5 minutes from the metro line 5 (station la Roue), only three stops from the university campus Erasme and 15 minutes away from the city center.
The district is calm, there are several shops in proximity (bakery, grocery, Colruyt, Carefour, etc..).
I am leaving a spacious room around 17m2 (unfurnished but it is possible to take over all the fourniture), the rent is 450 euro all included (water, heating, internet)
