The mansion is big and very bright and has been totally renovated in May 2018.

The mansion is located 2 minutes' walk to Place Flagey and very close to the European Parliament.

They are many transportation services around the mansion such as tram, bus and the railway station.

The monthly rent is 625, 00€ including the utilities costs, insurance and cleaning lady. You will not have to pay anything more.

Short stay for less than 6 months is possible and the rent would remain the same.
