We have studentrooms to let in a recently renovated building (new bathrooms, new kitchens, recently painted in 2017). To assure a real student mentality, we only accept students. Situated in Rue Vieux Mayeur, a lot of highschools are close at hand and there is a big bus stop on 'place general Leman' at 300 metres.

The building has 6 studentrooms (=kots) on 3 floors. All rooms are spacious, light and have a bathroom sink. The 2 kitchens are wholly equiped; these 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms are shared, we only have 1 room available.

All costs (water, warm water, heating, electricity, internet) are included in the rent.
