Hi everyone, I'm looking for a roomate to move in whenever it's possible. I'm a 24 yo student, that's organized and quiet. I have 2 really cool cats, and it's not a problem if you bring your pets with you.
The flat is located in the centre of Brussels, near Treurenberg (bus 29, 63, 65 & 66), Parc (metro 1 & 5, trams 92 & 93) and Madou (bus 65 & 66, métro 2 & 6), 5 min walking to Central Station. The street is quiet and you can park easily every time of the year. Near to a lot of commodities (bars, restaurants, train station, GB... ).
Small room of 12 m2 in a cosy 95 m2 duplex. The appartment comes with a fully equipped kitche, a washing machine, a new bathroom, a living room and 2 toilets. Everything's furnished except for the living room and your room.
The rent is 550 € all included (electricty, water, shared expenses, internet, home insurance & a cleaning lady 2h every 2 weeks). Available until july. Don't hesitate to contact me : )
