The apartment is located on Verboekhoven square, just above the tram and bus stop. It has good connections to downtown Brussels and the rest of the communes (lines 7, 55, 56, 58, 59 and 92). There are a lot of shops and supermarkets in the area, it’s a 15 min tram ride away from North Station and it’s just a few blocks away from the town hall and gorgeous Josaphat park.

A nice and spacious apartment (120m2), it comes with a little terrace, a lot of light and a very nice view. There is a big mezzanine above the living room which is currently being used as a bureau and laundry space. There is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a washing machine/storage space and three bedrooms separated from the kitchen and living room.

The rent is 490€ all included (internet + charges + insurance + cleaning service every 2 weeks).
