Xavier and I are looking for people to take over the contract of our three-room duplex in Saint-Gilles (Defacqz street) from end of June (30/6).
The room available is 15 m² large and is west facing, it is located on the second floor of our 150 m² duplex + 10 m² basement with washing machine + 100 m² common garden. On the 1st floor there is a large entrance hall (with separate toilet) which opens onto the 40 m² living room with a large south-facing terrace and with adjacent fitted kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub + shower and 2 sinks, and a separate 2nd toilet.
