I'm looking for a new roommate that would take my room on the first of July : the room is spacious (28m2), with lots of light, with a complete set of furniture (king size bed, sofa, desk, chairs, personal mini fridge and kettle...). You also have access to a private bathroom. The house is three stories long and the common rooms are all perfectly suited for 9 people : a big living room and a kitchen with two ovens, two dish washers, two micro waves. There's also a laundry room with two washing machines and dryers. The neighborhood is really quiet : the Parc Josaphat is two minutes away, as well as the tram 7, the bus 66 and 10 minutes away from the tram 92. The people in the house are mostly internationals and very easy to live with. And there's a backyard as well where you can have barbecues !
