Nice rooms in a renovated and super equipped house located a stones throw from the Guillemins Station.
Each room is fully-furnished: queen size bed (140x200) or simple size bed (90x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. One shared bathroom (shower + toilet), one private bathroom (shower) attached to one of the rooms and an other common toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, deep-freezer, microwaves, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room equipped with a flat screen TV with a Playstation 4. There is also a small courtyard at the back of the house.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 490€ and 590€ (provisions for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
