I'm leaving my Kot in june, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease until 31 august 2024. if you'd like to stay another year after that, it's perfectly possible.

The kot is located in Schaerbeek not very far from the center, in a very quiet and cute residential area. All amenities are nearby: supermarket, restaurant, bar, bus stop....
The room is for 1 student on the 3rd floor, equipped with bed with mattress, closet, desk and chair.
3 students upstairs, including you. Shared: shower room and kitchenette
Documents required are 1 copy of identity card and student registration certificate.
