On this last floor you will find :
A kitchen with an oven, 4 burner gaz stove, a micro-wave, fridge and freezer and lost of storage space. DISCLAIMER, this kitchen is not fully furnished. You will have to provide your own cocking equipments (pans, cutlery, plates, cups…)
A shower room with a shower, toilet, small mirror cabinet and a piece of furniture.
An other bedroom occupied by your soon to be roommate.
There is no washing machine but you will find few laundrettes nearby.
All these common spaces will be shared with only one roommate.

THE HOUSE :
It’s a three floored house located around the Astrid Park in Anderlecht.
Each floor is laid out with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bed rooms. 6 students in total are living here.
Although it is a bite off-centered you can easily go downtown Brussels thanks to Metro line 5, Tram 81, buses 46, 49 and buses de lijn.
It is a 20 minutes trip to the city center.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
Very peaceful neighbourhood, close to various shops for all necessities.
Westland shopping center is a 15 minutes walk away and 10 minutes walk down the house lays a water canal along which you can go cycling, running… very refreshing !

THE RENT :
This bedroom is available for 480 euros per month PLUS a fixed 100 euros for bills. Included in the bills are : Hot water, cold water, electricity, gaz, insurance and the cleaning of the common spaces once a week.
The bills are FIXED and will not be adjusted at the end of the year.
However, will have to pay 20 euros each month for wifi.

RENTAL QUARANTEE :
You will be asked to pay 1160 euros upon signature as deposit, the equivalent of tow months rent with bills.
