Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and a Playstation 4. At the back of the house is a veranda, a terrace and a small garden with a pond.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 500€ and 600€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
