Looking for a last candidate to join our house-sharing this 1 September 2019. The house is located between “Place Flagey” and “Buyl” in Ixelles: Close to University (ULB) and European institutions, 15 min by bus from downtown.
It's a new housesharing. Last roomates are all leaving ans we all come in september. You will have your own contract.
We are four roommates: 3 girls and one guy.. You would be the fifth and ideally we are looking for a guys to have a balance.
We are young, so we would prefer people in master or young workers.
Two of us are last year student (Law) and two young workers (EU affairs & Data Sciences).
*Your room will be in fact : the entire basement with your separate WC, your private bathroom, a corridor with space to put your console, the bedroom +/- 12mcarre and also a direct acces to the garden.
Rent: 540€/month all included... water, internet... (2 months as rent guarantee)
