This clean and nice apartment is located in the place in Etterbeek, which allows a direct access to the EU institutions (place du Luxembourg and Art loi) and universities (VUB and ULB) by bus 95 and 71, tram 81 (all within 10-15 minutes by bus) . This is equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, a private bed room, desk, clearing machines and dryer etc. Also, it is near a large supermarket.

This room is designed for three persons but we do use with only two persons. - which is pretty nice and spacious - A female worker / researcher is also welcome. I will definitely respect your autonomy ;) I stayed here, over two years which is quiet and spacious. there is an extra bed in case of your family member or friend's visit.

Rent: 450 euro (in total, 520-30 euro: all included such as Internet, water, gas, eccentricities, boiler inspection, fire insurance etc)

Conditions:
- Available from 1st of September/ mid-September
- can stay for minimum one year or to find another tenant in case of a short stay
