The room is spacious and fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, desk, couch fit easily) and enjoys its own private bathroom as well as a nice view on the Place Morichar. The rent amounts to 575e, and utilities are 80e monthly (which include water, heating, electricity, internet, cleaning lady once a week... etc).
The house is nice and cosy and has plenty of space for the 7 of us. The common areas are well equipped with 3 fridges, 2 washing machines, a guest room. There is also a backyard for bbq when weather allows...
