This nice room is situated in a charming house in ETTERBEEK ( Jourdan)

The house consists of a dining room, kitchen, laundry room. The dining room is furnished with a TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pans, pots, cutlery, fridge with freezer, microwave and cooking plates etc. On top of that you have a courtyard terrasse where you can relax and enjoy talking to your housemate.

The bedroom is confortable and quiet. The bedroom is entirely furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe with two doors. High speed internet is included in the rent.

The house is located 5 minutes' walk to Place Jourdan and very close to the European Parliament and European Commission.

They are many transportation services around the house such as tram, bus and the railway station.

The monthly rent is 600€ including the utilities costs, insurance and cleaning lady. You will not have to pay anything more.

Short stay for less than 6 months is possible and the rent would remain the same.
