Beautiful rooms in a renovated and super equipped house located close to the Aquarium, Saint-Luc art & architecture school, and Barbou.

Each room is fully furnished: simple bed (90x200) or double bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. There are 5 bathrooms (2 common ones and 3 private ones) and 7 toilets (4 common ones and 3 private ones). Kitchen with 2 fridges and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and a Playstation 4. Cellar fitted with a pool table and sofas (+ washing machine and second freezer). Entrance hall with possible bike storage.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 470€ and 600€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
