Close to the ESA Saint Luc, the Barbou school and the Brull Hospital but also only 15 min walking from the Vingt Août University campus and the city center. You will find all you need in the area: banks, bus stops, pharmacy, restaurants, snacks and night shops.

Each room WILL BE fully furnished: double bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. There are 1 shared bathrooms and 2 toilets. Kitchen with a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and Playstation 4. A nice courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture. A washing machine is also available.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 500€ and 570€ (provisions for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
