Each room is fully furnished: double bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. One shared bathroom and 1 toilet. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and Playstation 4.

All the commodities (bus stops, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, night shop, snacks…) are next to the building. The accommodation is ideally located at only a few minutes walking distance from HEC, the Guillemins Station and the city center.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 500€ and 580€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
