Hi all !

I will be leaving my room early July, located rue Saint-Bernard 179, Saint-Gilles, and I'm looking for a student willing to rent it for 14 months minimum. Very well placed at the heart of Saint Gilles, 5 minutes from the Brussels South station (lines 3, 4 and 51), close to rue Bailli, l'ERG and a 1-minute walk from l'ESA Saint-Luc.

The room is a part of a Brussel house which comes with 2 shared showers cubicles and 4 toilets, as well as 13 other student rooms. The bedroom is under the roof (perfect for plantlovers), fully furnished with a private kitchen, a wardrobe, a storage unit, 6 shelves and a bed. Rent is 340€ all included (electricity, water, gas, heating.. ) + a €100 one-off payment for internet in september.
