15 sqm Room in Brussels City Centre

I'm looking for a new flatmate in my apartment in the city centre as my current flatmate is very sadly leaving Brussels. You would be living just with me, a 27-year-old working in the humanitarian sector and doing a Master's part time.

The 110m2 apartment is located about 300 metres from Grand Place. There is a very large living room with lots of light and a fully equipped open kitchen. The room that is free is around 15m2 and will be available as of mid-August.

Rent including all utilities and internet is €645 a month. Our contract runs until November 2024.

It's important to note that the apartment is located two floors above a bar and you can occasionally hear the music from downstairs in the apartment, although I personally find the noise to be quite manageable.
