Hello, ad presents then studio not yet rented. You need a car because the bus schedule is not convenient. This is the studio that I use as my base when I work in Mons, so fully equipped and comfortable. Two neighbors from the SHAPE staff. Personal water and electricity meter. High-speed WiFi and free French TV channels, common washing machine in the laundry room, garden with bbq and everything you need. Bi-hourly electricity meter therefore cheaper at night and at weekends.
Studio under the roof so not to be too big for it to be comfortable.

Person: non-smoker, calm, clean, with know how to live and know how to be so introduce yourself and give your rental period.
