Very quiet area and close (8 min walk) to shops, laundry and public transport.
Close to major roads (N25, E411). Easy parking on the street.
15 min by bus (TEC) from Louvain-La-Neuve. 10 min walk from Court-Saint-Etienne train station, 25-30
min walk to/from Ottignies train station. TEC bus 5 min from the house to Louvain-la-Neuve every
20min. 30 min by bicylce to LLN. Close to Clinique Saint-Pierre in Ottignies - TEC line too.

- Smokers accepted (in the veranda or on the terrace).
- !! Cleaning of common rooms will be shared !!
- Imperative: not be allergic to cats because there are some at home
