A large bed room in nicely entirely furnished apartment that with the current tenant must be shared (I: -)) to lay composition of 2 ch (on garden), s d b + WC, entirely equipped kitchen, wide and comfortable living room, open fire, computer and printer, scanner, Internet, WiFi. terrace and jardin+ bbq, washing machine, drier, crockery, cellar with freezer. The transport: bus 13/14 in the street, to underground railway Simonis which covers the complete city, train station at 5 minutes, tram19 at 5 minutes. But: minimum participation. to the maintenance is required, accept my cat , do not smoke in appart, no „visit for the night (to be discussed), for your security and mine.. that is it........!

City center at 20 min (bus and subway), bus in the street:
5 minutes walking from de daily the market of Jette, several parks at a few minutes..3 large supermarkets around here ! the price of hiring, rather low, means simply that I do not want a benefit of this hiring, but a little help in maintenance and another life in this apartment ! the preceding coloc, university nurse, shared with me during 5 years.
Brugmann (Ferrer) and VUB (Pharma & Med) at 25min walk, or 10min by bus. Erasme (at 30 min the morning and 45 min in the rest of the day: bus + subway)…
