Nice rooms in a renovated and super equipped house located a stones throw from the very city center.
Each room is fully-furnished: queen size bed (140x200) or simple size bed (90x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. One shared bathroom (shower + toilet), one additional toilet and an utility room with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, deep-freezer, microwaves, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room equipped with a flat screen TV with a Playstation 4.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 500€ and 580€ (provisions for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
