A room becomes available in a shared house in the town of Kraainem. 3 thirty-something employees occupy the house (one woman and two men). To respect parity, we are only looking for a woman.

On the ground floor we find the common areas: large living room, dining room with an open kitchen, laundry room and toilet. There is a beautiful terrace with chairs, barbecue, the garden, a tennis court. The house is right next to the Soignes forest and the large Tervuren park. For lovers of greenery, the setting is very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet, residential.
For transport: the Quatre Bras tramway is a few steps away, Place Dumon - Stockel is 2 km away and metro line 1 goes to the center of Brussels. So it is possible to live at home without a vehicle. For those who have a car, it is possible to park in the courtyard of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hotplates, a fridge/person, all the dishes you need...
The laundry room consists of a washing machine and a dryer.

Each bedroom has its own shower cubicle and sink. The one that is for rent has a bed, a desk, storage furniture.
