A spot is available in an appartment located in Ixelles right next to Germoir, which means an amazing spot when it comes to freely move around Brussels by tram 81, bus 95 or even train! Bus 95 takes you to the ULB on one side and to the center on the other 😉
The appartment is also located at a 15 minute walk to European Institutions
The environment in our neighborhood is quite lively, with lots of fun things to do, small bars, pretty parks and a Lidl and Carrefour supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot.
Our bright, furnished apartment comprises 3 living rooms, an equipped kitchen, a shower and a separate toilet, for a total of 75m2 🕺🏻
The bedroom: it's a large (+/-)14m2 bedroom with parquet flooring. High ceiling and a large window make it a super cosy room. Furniture-wise, you'll find a nice closet, a single bed with bedside table, a large white desk, a super comfy / big chair for chilling and more furniture (kallax) for storage space!
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of the building, and we would usually get together in the small outdoor space shared by all the flatmates in the courtyard to have a beer! Please note that the flat is on the 1st floor of a small 4-floors building, each floor having its own flatmates.
In the flatsharing you will be living with 2 other girls who are also students
