Hello! I'm leaving my beautiful place in Watermael-Boitsfort (5 min walking from cimetière d'Ixelles) so I am looking for someone to take it from August 1st (or even a bit earlier).
It is a one person studio that includes a private shower and kitchen, WC is outside the room to be shared with one person. The rent is around 600€/month plus electricity and gas (I used to pay 25€/month).
It is very well located, close to ulb and vub and 10 min walking to park Bois de la Cambre.
Looking preferentially for a girl (because you will have to share the toilet with another girl), and student. Domiciliation is possible.
Also I am selling all the furniture (bed, sofa bed, desk, table, chair, shelf, clothes rack) for 350€, and I will give preference to the person that wants to get the room furnished.
