leaving my beloved flat share, I am looking for someone to replace me from September 29.

The room of about 18, 5m2 is located in a very bright duplex of about 150 m2 recently renovated, with terrace and access to a garden. The apartment and the room are fully furnished, all you have to do is put your suitcase there. The location is ideal, between the Royal Park and Madou, next to the Place des Libertés, not far from the metros/trams/buses.

The roommate consists of three young workers around 30 years old. You will have the opportunity to share meals with them, to watch a series or a film in the living room, to barbecue on the terrace, or to quench your hunger or your thirst in one of the many restaurants/bars/ice cream parlours… from the neighborhood.

The bedroom itself is on the first floor of the duplex. It has a private shower roomwith. It is furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chair, desk) and costs 704€/m + 90€/m for utilities (water, electricity, gaz).

The rest of the apartment is furnished, it contains a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchen necessities, a living room with a television, a dining table, a terrace with a barbecue and a table… We also have access to a garden in the evenings and on weekends.
