About the house :

Located rue Saint-Fiacre (residential street) not far from the city center and the train station (15 minutes by foot), it gives quick access to several bus stops, allows quick access to schools from the center (faculties of UNamur, ...), HEAJ, … Not far from the center of Bouge, it offers access to a lot of facilities (food stores, pharmacy, bakery, night shop, fitness,...)

The house is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room, kitchen and living room
- 1st floor: two bedrooms, WC, bathroom with WC
- 2nd floor: two bedrooms, bathroom
- courtyard and cellars

A broadband internet subscription and Netflix are available.

Price and administrative information :
The rent of the four 12m² rooms is 440 € excluding the rental charges. Fire insurance with waiver of recourse, broadband internet and Netflix are included in the rent.
Provisions for charges amount to €80 per person and include : water, gas, electricity.
The lease term is a minimum of one year and it is possible to register your address in the house. The lease normally starts on the 7th of September, in this instance a tenant is leaving during the lease.
A two-month guarantee is required for all tenants, as well as at least a guarantor (two is ideal) for students.
