More about the house, it’s a house of ten rooms with big common spaces. Each room has a private bathroom + toilet and is of course fully furnished. The common areas consist of a common kitchen, with cupboard and private fridge, dish ware, cutlery and pans +pots for each tenant. The basement has been turned into a big common space, with a cinema room, a football table room, a coworking space, a gym and a laundry. There is also a nice garden with barbecue.

🍽️ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided.

2nd floor street side , 14 m² with big en suite bathroom + toilet and a tub.

Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :
