These spacious units are designed for 2 students who want to live together while each having their own private space. Each unit consists of two separate bedrooms connected by a sliding door.

• Double room 2. 50: €1, 040 + €190 charges/month, €1, 230 total/month
• Double room 2. 53: €1, 120 + €190 charges/month, €1, 310 total/month

The prices indicated are for the entire unit for 2 students.

The monthly charges include water, electricity, heating, WiFi, and the maintenance and charges for the common areas.

These are the last 2 available rooms in our residence for the 2026–2027 academic year.
