Hi you! I’m starting a new spacious, 3 bed room, 100m2 shared flat and I’m looking for two happy and sociable people to move in with me 😊 one room is available from 1st of October and the other room from 1st of November

There are two separate rooms (non-furnished, > 12m2) available
The rent would be 532€ per room/per month (all included like water, heating, electricity, internet, etc. )
The flat has a large living room, bathroom (shower, bathtub), extra toilet, recently renovated long balcony (+wonderful view over Brussels (see pictures)), fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dryer)
a basement and a garage are included as well!
I, a Romanian young professional (recent UKent graduate), am looking for students or young professionals who love to enjoy life, have a beer and watch sunsets on our balcony, make fun with and in general to have a blast! Longer stays preferred (> 9months)
languages quite flexible (English, German, Spanish, Romanian, French (basic understanding))
It’s in Etterbeek/Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, on Drève de Nivelles (10 min walk from UKent& VUB)
Close to Metro 5 (10min to city center)/Tram 7 + 25 station Petillon (5min walk), also Bus 36 (2min) and 34 (5 min)
and Supermarkets: Carrefour (2min), Delhaize (8 min) as well as Parc de Woluwe in 10min

Salut! Je commence une nouvelle colocation, très spacieuse, 3 chambres, 100m2, et je cherche encore deux colocs joyeux et sociables pour une chambre à partir du 1er octobre et pour l’autre chambre à partir du 1er novembre
Il y a encore deux chambres libres (pas meublées, > 12m2)
532€ par chambre par mois (tout inclus comme eau, chauffage, électricité, internet, etc. )
L’appartement a un grand salon, salle de bains (douche, baignoire), toilette, long balcon récemment rénové (+vue magnifique sur Bruxelles (voir les images)), cuisine équipée (+ machine à laver et séchoir)
il y a aussi une cave (aussi pour des vélos) et un garage !
Je cherche des étudiants ou travailleurs jeunes qui veulent rester au moins neuf mois de préférence et qui savent bien de profiter de la vie, qui veulent de temps en temps prendre un verre et regarder le coucher du soleil sur notre balcon, rigoler et passer un bon temps en général
En plus, langues très flexibles (anglais, allemand, espagnol, roumain, français (je comprends la plupart))
C’est situé à Etterbeek/Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Drève de Nivelles
