The house is located between “Place Flagey” and “Buyl” in Ixelles: Close to University (ULB) and European institutions, 15 min by bus from downtown.

It's a new housesharing. Last roomates are all leaving ans we all come in september. You will have your own contract.

We are four roommates: 3 girls and one guy.. You would be the fifth...

We are young, so we would prefer young candidate (<30y).

Two of us are last year student (Law) and two young workers (EU affairs & Data Sciences).

Rent: 540€/month all included... water, internet... (2 months as rent guarantee)
