Furnished rooms with locals (me) in Vieusart 500 meters from LLN for female students, PHD, ....

Room 1 : has two floors (mezzanine via ladder). The bed is upstairs. The desk, bookrack, cupboards and chairs are downstairs.
Room 2 : has a separate entrance, be, desk, bookrack, cupboards and chairs

It's very cozy and quiet and we are very close to the campus (5 min by car, bus 33 takes you to the center in 7 minutes, it's 10 min by bike (you can rent one cheaply at Ottignies station) or 30 min on foot). TEC à la demande is a shuttle that can take you to campus as well. It works with an app.

The rent is 460 euros/room and includes internet, water, heating and electricity charges (additional contribution for laundry) based on an economical and ecological use of the energy.

Good to know

-The bathroom is shared with me and my visitors.
-The kitchen-dining room is shared 3X a day at meal times and before 8 p. m. only. Outside these hours it is private because it is in my main living room.
-It's a beautiful room in my house, the area is quiet, green and close to the university, it's not a festive kot on campus. Ideal if you are looking to be a little out of the center.
-It is a house where we are sensitive to energy and nature. The house is charming, but it is not big. So it has to match between us so that we are all happy.
-Clovis the cat wanders in the living room and in the garden (he is not allowed in the bedrooms)
-You will of course have a student lease, but you won't be able to make this place your legal residency. (if you come from outside EU you might want to check about that with university)
-Non-smokers only.

For Erasmus students, we can meet by video call.
