Éloïse Weckx, 26 is studying cultural animation at ESAS, I, Marjorie, 21 am studying law at ULg and with the cat Pito, we are looking for a female student to join our kot (as the owner only accepts women).
The free room is +- 15m² big and in the middle of the kot. /! \ It's unfurnished.
There is a fitted kitchen/dining room (south), a laundry room, a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, and a huge living room (+-20m² south). There is a balcony so it's fine if you smoke.
We're on the fourth floor (there is a lift). So we have a lot of light, a nice view, and you can barely hear the street noise.
The owner is quick to react and understanding. Visiting is possible starting March.
