Studio: large furnished room with adjoining versatile space, private access with a small terrace, kitchen and shower, multiple Ethernet outlets. €850/month, including charges.

Room A: 120cm loft bed, table/desk & small sofa, multiple Ethernet connection points, small fridge, and electric kettle: €550/month including utilities.

Room B: 160cm bed (replaceable with a single bed and chair available as needed, wardrobe, table/desk, multiple Ethernet connection points, small fridge, and electric kettle: €450/month including utilities.

Shared space: Bright living room, equipped kitchen, laundry room, a bathroom with a large shower and bathtub, 2 separate toilets, and a large garden.
Friendly pets in the house: an 8-year-old female dog (small pointer) and 2 cats that enjoy being in the garden.
Possibility to store your bike in a shelter on the property. We have extra bikes for you to go to the station or to shop in the neighbourhood : )

Nearby amenities include a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Bancontact ATM, and an organic grocery store. The Drogenbos tennis club is also in close proximity!
Good accessibility via Brussels STIB public transport: Tram 82, 51 & 4 (Uccle Stalle), bus 43, De Lijn bus, and trains: Uccle-Moensberg & Uccle-Calvoet railway stations.
