Please get in touch with us. Explain the problem in as much detail as you can and we will do our best to sort it out. We are a small team so sometimes it may take us a day or two to respond.
If you have seen an advert that you believe is misleading or fraudulent, please use our contact form. Include the reference number of the advert if possible and whatever detail you can provide about the problem.
If you are a tenant wishing to complain about an owner you have contacted through us, please read our complaints procedure.
At the bottom of every advert you can see how quickly and how reliably the advertiser responds. There are many reasons why advertisers choose not to reply to some enquiries, for example because they already have enough interest in the property, or because they are no longer active on the site.
If you are having difficulty getting a reply to an advert then you can let us know and we will check if the advertiser is still active. In general we won't contact advertisers on your behalf or intervene if they have decided not to reply to a message.
