Hello, we are looking for a female student to replace our roommate Ninon who is leaving for Erasmus in the first semester.

The room is fully furnished. It is located in a furnished 3-bedroom apartment also situated between the solbosch and the ixelles cemetery, near the relai stop (bus 95). 
Communal rooms include a balcony (with a cubbyhole), a living room, a kitchen (equipped + dishwasher) and a bathroom with a huge shower. There's also a bike room and a private cellar for each apartment.

Both the apartment and the neighborhood are very quiet, which is why we only party outdoors to keep the place as peaceful as possible.
We have very good contacts with our next-door neighbors.
Erasmus welcome (languages spoken by roommates: Spanish, English, Japanese, French)

Introducing your future roommates:
Clara: master 1 in criminology. She's a very calm and zen person, she'll be able to calm you down in any circumstances, she never gets in your head.
Elise: Master 1 in archaeology and art history. She's a very good-natured person, a fan of pancake party with her flatmates.

Both are easy personalities without fuss and will be delighted to welcome you.
